One year after the horrific Boston Marathon bombing, Boston still remains as strong as ever.

On Monday, runners will take their place, friends and families will cheer on and Boston will come together to watch the 118th Boston Marathon.

We will stand up, remember and pay respect for those who lost their lives and those who were injured a year ago today.

Not because we’re strong, because we’re #BostonStrong

Today our sister station, Kiss 108, spoke with Boston Marathon survivor, Roseann Sdoia and the amazing individuals that helped to save her life a year ago today.

Please take a moment to listen to her incredible story and amazing strength.

“That’s why a bomb can’t beat us. That’s why we don’t hunker down. That’s why we don’t cover in fear. We carry on. We race. We strive. We build, and we work and we love.” - President Obama
