Brittany Fultz, 26, was caught on video forcibly giving a 100-year-old patient a lap dance.
The video was filmed by another care worker at The Commons of Providence in Sandusky, Ohio in December.
In the video she can be heard telling the 100-year-old man "I won't tell if you won't. I'm a girl...you know what that means" and "I can show you new things."
