Lil Wayne visited ESPN earlier today to co-host flagship programs Sportscenter and First Take.  While on campus, Wayne debated some sports topics, spit a freestyle over the Sportscenter theme song and explained why he doesn’t like the Miami Heat or Dwayne Wade.

Wayne also announced an October 28 release date for 'Tha Carter V' and shared the album artwork.

He follows the theme of the rest of his 'Carter' series album covers by using a photo of when he was a kid, this one featuring a picture of his mother.

During the interview, Weezy said “This is perfect, I always go with a baby

picture. I wanted to go with one with my mama this time…To have my mom on
there is more than an accomplishment. It’s an achievement.”

He said he didn’t let his mom know he’s using this photo and that she’s not a huge fan of the pic.
