A family in Lawrence is grieving and desperate to seek answers after 20-year-old Jathian Amador was shot in the head in Lawrence Monday. The crime was witnessed by Jaithian's mother who through a translator said "They killed my son" while she lay on top of her sons body after the incident.
Officers responding to 17 Brook St. just before 5 p.m. found Jathian Amador suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said. Read more of the story here.
