Authorities in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, are working a theory that the bullet that struck former Boston Red Sox star David Ortiz was actually intended for popular Domincan rapper Secreto. Secreto was seated with Ortiz at the time the shooting happened and was even pictured together before the shooting.
National police spokesperson Frank Felix Duran told CBS News "We're not ruling out any scenario. What we can rule out is that this wasn't a robbery," in regards to their supicioon that was a case of Ortiz being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
