Khalid kicked of off the first date of his "Free Spirit" tour in Phoenix AZ and at one point in the show became emotional. He took a moment to tearfully thank his fans and called the moment "a dream."
He posted the touching moment on his Instagram with the caption "tonight was the first show of tour and I was a little overwhelmed. Never would have imagined that I’d receive this much love 3 years ago. Thank you guys for everything, this is a dream. Unbelievable."
