Well looks like KevinSpacey dodged a bullet as prosecutors for the state of Massachusetts dropped the case against him “due to the unavailability of the complaining witness.”
Spacey had been accused of groping an 18-year-old man at a Nantucket restaurant. The victim then exercised his right to remain silent when he invoked his 5th amendment rights and that when things fell apart for the state shift comes after the witness asserted his right against self-incrimination over a key piece of evidence.
