President Donald Trump delivered a speech, laying down major plans to combat the coronavirus outbreak, including new travel restrictions to Europe.
In an address to the nation, Trump says that he was canceling all US travel from Europe for the next 30 days, except for the UK, in an attempt to slow the coronavirus outbreak.
