In a new Instagram video, Tekashi 6ix9ine can be seen in a hospital room getting fitted for cast to his arm while clearly in pain with a caption that said "I got caught lacking in these streets :/"
Fans were not quick to fall for the trolling though and rightfully so Tekashi later revealed that he tripped over his dog and fractured his arm.
He then later hit a shopping mall where he drew a massive indoor crowd.
