DJ Andre 905 (Official DJ for the Raptors 905) teams up with recording artists Primo Green and Young Cake to drop a record called “Best Life.” This summer banger is a record to promote one living their best life and enjoying life to the fullest. The record is made for the summer – to listen in your car with your windows down, at the beach, on a patio, or in your backyard. The record has a dancehall/summertime vibe to it.
The record was recorded in January 2020. Initially, it was slated to be released in May 2020 but with the Pandemic, the timing to release the record was not right. People were unable to travel and most of the world was not living their “best lives.” With things opening up and people able to travel and attend functions with less restrictions, it was time to release this record.
DJ Andre 905 is a Toronto-based deejay, and proud advocate of his home city Mississauga. He is the official DJ for the Raptors 905 (Toronto Raptors NBA G-League team) and has been working with the team since its inception. A well seasoned DJ, he has repped Canadian artists and its diverse international music scene at clubs, concerts, radio stations and arena. He has been a radio DJ on Vibe 105.5 FM for the past 3 years.
DJ Andre 905 has dropped previous singles – “Wasn’t Me” which featured Young Cake and recording artist Phab in December 2020. He dropped a single with Louisiana’s Lil Huncho called “Paper Cut” in July 2021
