50 Cent's son Marquise went viral over the weekend after posting on Instagram, where he said that he'd put up $6,700- the amount Fif reportedly paid in monthly child support payments- for an in-person meeting with his father.
While speaking to TMZ, Marquise explained that he would be open to a sit-down with his father, and he added that he's willing to pay for his time. Marquise explained, "I don't even know if a sit-down can fix the situation. It's more of an olive branch- if you're up for it, I'm up for it.
He added, "I'm definitely willing to sit down with him, so I can hear his perspective and gain a little bit of understanding. We're both men at the end of the day. We should be able to agree to disagree and it not be a problem."
Marquise explained that he believes that his father thinks he's entitled because of the money he got in child support payments, which TMZ says was around $80,000 a year. But Marquise explained that it's more about his relationship with his father that he missed out on, and he hopes that they can "gain an understanding of each other" if they talked in person.
