TakeOff's Suspected Murderer Arrested And Held On $2 Million Bail

Patrick Xavier Clark made his first court appearance after being charged in Migos rapper TakeOff's death. Prosecutors want him held without bond.

Details on the situation were limited, but it was noted the man allegedly shot the rapper in the head and torso while at a private party Takeoff and Quavo were attending at a bowling alley in Houston.

Since then, photos and footage of Clark being escorted into a courtroom have surfaced. According to prosecutors, Clark applied for an expedited passport following the shooting of Takeoff. When he was arrested, he had a large amount of cash on him, along with the passport.

As a result, prosecutors asked that Clark be held without bond claiming he was a flight risk. Police said he had a passport and a large amount of cash on him when he was arrested. The judge subsequently set Clark's bond at $2 million.

Clark refused to give details on the shooting during his arrest, court records revealed.

If Clark makes bond, he has a long list of conditions, including 24-hour house arrest, an electronic monitor, no firearms, illegal drugs or alcohol and no contact with the victim's family.
