Kevin Breen was suffering from flu-like symptoms and sever stomach pains. He was rushed to the hospital where it was discovered he had a severe infection and a stomach full of 1.5 liters of pus.
Doctors initially struggled to diagnose Breen and his organs started to fail, causing the flesh on his hands and feet to die and there was no blood supply to them.
That's when Breen shared that his son had been sick weeks earlier and Breen was finally diagnosed with a severe case of strep throat.
His wife started a GoFundMe page for Breen to help pay for his surgeries and rehabilitation.
