Daniel Garcia Navarrete, a 23-year-old bullfighting newbie, is fighting for his life in Madrid after being gored through his throat, face and tongue during his debut tournament.
After flipping through the air, being thrown to the ground, and rammed by an 1,000 lb. beast multiple times, Navarrete was rushed to the hospital in life-threatening conditions.
The audience watched the entire interaction play out in horror. You can hear gasping and screaming coming from the audience as staff rush to the scene to try to distract the bull from Navarrete's wounds.
