NBC CT is reporting on a white SUV that rammed and sideswiped California Highway Patrol vehicles and several other cars in a high-speed chase in downtown LA.
They speculate that the driver is reacting to a road rage confrontation involving San Gabriel police.
The chase began around 12:15 when the driver began to reach speeds of up to 115 mph on the highway.
