Aaron Hernandez’s lawyer, Jose Baez, has addressed recent rumors surrounding the aftermath of the ex NFL player’s death.
"Rumors of letters to a gay lover, in or out of prison, are false. These are malicious leaks used to tarnish somebody who is dead," Baez told TMZ.
Baez said he is still not prepared to say whether Hernandez’s death was, indeed, a suicide, saying, “There is still plenty we are investigating.”
