R Kelly is in the middle of a new sex scandal that he is strongly denying. TMZ reports that he allegedly formed a sex cult. Roc Nation rapper Vic Mensa told TMZ that he doesn’t believe R Kelly: “[He] is a scumbag and a very dirty man. He needs to be locked up forever.”
