Are grandma goals a thing? If not, they surely are now!

Ariana Grande has put a whole new spin on spending time with grams as the "thank u, next" singer and her 93-year-old grandmother Marjorie "Nonna" Grande got tattoos together. The whole thing went down in the hours after Ariana was honored as Woman of the Year at the Billboard’s Women in Music event on Thursday (December 6). Apparently, while Ariana went to get her tat her grandmother decided she wanted one too.

Ari shared the moment on her Instagram Story. "I feel fine," Nona told Ariana as she laughed through the pain of getting her first tattoo. "I've had a little bit more excitement than this." For Nona's first tat, she got her late husband Frank Grande's nickname "Ciccio" inked on her left ring finger.

Ariana also added to her ever-growing collection of tattoos, getting a crescent moon beside stars on the top of her left hand.

Ariana's tattoo session with her Nona came after the 25-year-old singer gave quite the emotional and reflective acceptance speech at the Billboard’s Women in Music event. "I want to say that I find it interesting that this has been one of the best years of my career and the worst of my life," she said, clearly referencing the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller and her broken engagement to Pete Davidson. "I’m not saying that for sympathy, I’m just saying that because I think a lot of people would look at someone in my position right now … and think, 'She’s really got her s**t together,' you know? Like, 'She’s really on it.' Like, 'She’s got it all.'"

"I just want to say if you’re someone out there who has no idea what this next chapter’s gonna bring, you’re not alone in that," a teary-eyed Ariana continued. "You’re not alone in that. I’m really looking forward to embracing whatever happens; whatever comes my way."

The "breathin" singer concluded her speech vowing to focus on self-love, self-acceptance, and her loved ones in the forthcoming year. "I look forward to hopefully learning to give some of the love and forgiveness that I’ve given away so frivolously and easily to men in the past to myself hopefully this year," she said. "I have everything I’ve ever dreamt of having and as of late I’ve discovered that it’s the things I’ve always had and the people I’ve always had that still make me the happiest."
