Ellen DeGeneres surprised Kris Jenner with her eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian, her three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, along with Kim Kardashian’s kids, North, Saint and Chicago. As everyone is a little surprised why Kim was missing, Kourtney then reveals that her younger sister’s surrogate is in labour with their son.
