This might help check out House Method’s newest study on the most popular romantic comedies in every state. The team surveyed over 4,500 Americans asking what their favorite romantic comedy was from a list of movies made in or after the year 2000 included on Rotten Tomatoes’ Top 150 Romantic Comedies.
Here’s what we found:
- MA voted The 40 Year Old Virgin as their favorite romantic comedy.
- The most popular romantic comedy in the U.S. is The 40 Year Old Virgin, which won votes in 19 states.
- In second was Bridesmaids(11 states), followed by 13 Going on 30(4),500 Days of Summer(4), and Wedding Crashers(3).
