Gov. Charley Baker Declares State Of Emergency As Coronavirus Cases Double

Governor Charlie Baker declared a State of Emergency in Massachusetts on Tuesday.

The number of presumptive positive cases of coronavirus in Massachusetts have more than doubled in the past 48 hours, jumping from 46 to 92 by between Monday and Tuesday. But as guidance from the top-down varies state to state, and the federal response sends mixed messages, it’s been left up to institutions, organizations and school systems to figure out their plans day-by-day.
