Mayor Walsh Urges Bostonians To Be "Vigilant" Over The Coronavirus

Boston's Mayor Marty Walsh called into the show to address Coronavirus and what him and his office are doing to combat the rapid spread of the virus.

Mayor Walsh urged Bostonian to be "vigilant" and practice healthy habits to help curb the spread of the virus - such as washing hands, staying away from big crowds and avoid shaking hands.

Mayor Walsh mentioned that he was in a meeting with Bostons major sports teams, including the Celtics, last night and within the time it took him to get home from the the meeting the NBA has announced that they would be suspending the rest of the season asserting that things are changing rapidly when it comes to the virus.
