An alleged victim who claims Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted him over a decade ago has broken his silence.
In an interview CNN aired on Wednesday, December 11, "John Doe" shared new details about the alleged traumatic experience he had at the hands of Combs. The alleged victim used an altered voice and a silhouette as he described his side of the story for the first time. His attorney Tony Buzbee originally filed a lawsuit against Combs in October, in which he alleged the Bad Boy founder drugged and raped him while he was working as a security guard at a party in the Hamptons in 2007.
"The first drink started to have some effect on me, and I just thought, 'Wow, these are really strong drinks," he began. "It wasn't until the second drink, and it was already too late, that I realized there was something wrong with the drinks."
The alleged victim claimed Combs was watching him as he began to feel the effects of the spiked drinks. That's when he "took advantage of the situation" and forced the man into an SUV. In his lawsuit, he accused Combs of holding him down and sodomizing him against his will.
"I was screaming, telling him to stop," he continued. "It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing. He seemed to be disconnected from it. He was abusive beyond belief."
"John Doe" has never told his story to anyone besides his lawyers. He also revealed new details about the alleged incident in an amendment he made to his original lawsuit. He initially claimed he never got married due to the trauma he experienced after the attack happened in 2006. Now he claims the rape occurred in 2007 and clarified that he was married at the time. According to the amended documents, he "was too ashamed to tell his wife after suffering through the assault." Meanwhile, Combs' legal isn't buying it.
"After Buzbee was exposed this week for pressuring clients to bring bogus cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that -- contrary to his allegations -- there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to walk back the allegations and now claim a different day and wholly different year," his attorneys told TMZ.
Combs' legal team maintains their client did not sexually assault any man, woman or minor despite the array of allegations he's faced over the past year. He was arrested back in September and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges and was denied bail. He's currently confined to a jail cell in Brooklyn until his trial in May 2025.
