The Scythe's debut album has finally arrived.
On Friday, March 6, Denzel Curry, TiaCorine, FERG, Bktherula, and Key Nyata delivered their first album as The Scythe. Strictly 4 The Scythe comes with eight tracks with contributions from 1900Rugrat, Smino, Luh Tyler, LAZER DIM 700, BYNX, and more. The project includes previously released singles like "Lit Effect," "The Scythe" and "Mutt That Bih," along with other bangers like "Phony" featuring Juicy J and the Rich The Kid-assisted "UP."
“The Scythe is a family and a group," Curry said about the group. "We still have our respective solo careers, but when we come together, it's The Scythe.”
Over the past several weeks, The Scythe teamed up on music videos to support the album, including "Lit Effect," "The Scythe," and the group's most recent visuals, "Mutt That Bih." All three videos have garnered over 781,000 views since "Lit Effect" dropped in January.
The Scythe's "Mutt That Bih" sits at the top of iHeartRadio's Rap Rising playlist. The weekly round-up of fresh rap hits also includes the latest from Nettspend, Mike WiLL Made-It, and more. Stream the playlist above and scroll below for more new music.
