BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston's South Street Diner has been named the most "iconic" diner in Massachusetts, according to a new ranking from Business Insider.
Opening in 1947, South Street Diner is Boston's last and only 24/7 diner in the city. They serve hot meals to those who've been coming here for decades as well as to those visiting Boston, like Zach.
"We don't really have anything like this at this scale in Missoula, out in Montana, so it's cool to just kind of get the diner experience here," he said.

The diner has a reputation for Americana vibes, and comfort food. Residents like Brendan Smith say the diner was a part of their childhood.
"It's just one of those places that feels very New England, like not pretentious, you always know what you're going to get. Really good food, benedicts are amazing."
