BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Three New England Patriots legends were announced Wednesday as finalists for the 2026 Patriots Hall of Fame.

They include former offensive lineman Logan Mankins, marking his fourth finalist appearance. Former kicker Adam Vinatieri also made the cut, who had two Super Bowl-winning field goals with the Patriots.

Former tight end Rob Gronkowski appears as a finalist in his first eligible Hall of Fame season. Gronkowski retired from the NFL in 2019 as the league's leading scorer with 2,673 points.

The decision is up to the fans, as their votes choose who will don the legendary red jacket among the three previous Patriots.

Former wide receiver Julian Edelman was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2025, beating out both Vinatieri and Mankins in the voting.

Gronkowski is considered a favorite for the 2026 Hall of Fame class. Voting is open on the Patriots website through April 28 at 11 p.m.
