Ashley Jannino grew up in North Reading, MA, and knew from a young age exactly what she wanted to do. At just 14, she was obsessed with music and totally set on working in radio—specifically at JAM’N 94.5. That dream followed her through high school and into Lasell College, where she majored in Communications with a focus on radio and TV, graduating in 2011.

During her senior year, Ashley landed an internship at JAM’N 94.5—aka her dream job—which kicked off what would become a long and meaningful career at the station. Over the years, she’s stayed involved with the brand, eventually working her way on air, where you can hear her now.

When she’s not on the mic, Ashley’s building her social media presence, sharing everything from behind-the-scenes content, relatable dating moments, and everyday chaos with her signature humor and honesty. Whether she’s on air or online, she’s all about keeping it real, having fun, and staying connected to the community that made her fall in love with radio in the first place.
