Bobby Shmurda took to social media to clear the air on rumors of him having a white girlfriend.
On Tuesday (April 13), a video surfaced of the Brooklyn rapper cozying up to an unidentified white woman. The woman, who goes by @badgrllilly on TikTok, was seen kissing Bobby on the cheek, calling him “Papa” in the caption. Social media was abuzz as fans started speculating that Bobby had found himself a new boo.
Bobby Shmurda hit Instagram Live to address the rumors, stating clearly that the woman in question is the romantic interest of one of his crew members. He goes on to say in the IG Live session that people attacking the woman and calling her names need to relax, “That sh*t y’all sayin’ bto y’all gotta chill with that sh*t, bro, that social media,” Shmurda is heard on the clip saying. “And even if it was or it wasn’t, bruh [his girlfriend], that sh*t ain’t cool, bruh.”
