Drake and Kanye West have finally ended their years of feuding and beefing after they both took a picture together at Drake's house. In attendance at the party were comedian Dave Chappelle and also Houston music mogul J. prince who is credited with helping Drake launch his career and mediate the reconnection of both rappers.
