During a recent interview with Shade45’s Gray Rizzy on his It’s Almost Dry press run, King Push shared his thoughts on Ye and Drake’s reconciliation, which culminated in the rap titans teaming up for the Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert in Los Angeles in December.
“I thought that was really good for them!” he said at the 3:20 mark. “I thought that was good for them. I think they have this thing where, like, they sorta need to co-exist. Those two need to co-exist in their world and play within where they at.”
However, Pusha T’s optimism quickly soured when he was asked about the possibility of him jumping on a song with both Kanye and Drake.
“Nah!” he replied with zero hesitation. “No, I’m cool on all of that. I know the song I wanna make, I know the people I wanna work with, and it ain’t that. I want Ye to produce it, but other than that, I definitely don’t wanna do a record.”
