Justin Timberlake may have had the moves once but the singer has clearly lost his touch after his dance performance in Washing over the weekend left social media in stitches.
The 41 year old performed at DC’s Something in the Water Festival and performed the Beat Ya feet dance. However his poor performance made him a laughing stock after it was compared to the ‘hokey pokey’ than Beat Ya feet.
In a clip posted on TikTok, Justin shouts ‘DC, get yo’ beat’ before proceeding with the hokey. Social media comments included; 'Justin Timberlake said "DC beat your feet" and proceeded to do the hokey pokey,' one user joked. 'Justin Timberlake looks like a Vice Principle trying to have a dance off in the hallway with his students talm'bout "what you know about this" #sitw [sic],' another added. This Justin Timberlake cripwalk-river dance will now forever live in my mind rent-free, another added.
Even the pop star's outfit got a drubbing, with a tweet reading, 'Did Justin Timberlake just get off work?? Cause the outfit is very much IT specialist.' Clearly Justin needs to work on his dance moves, maybe he is working on his dancing skills as we speak and will be issuing videos soon to prove he does know how to do the dance. In the meantime this may well become a tiktok challenge.
