A local Boston homeless man, Emory Ellis, is suing Burger King and the franchisee for $1M for discrimination due to his appearance. Back in 2015 Emory walked into a Burger King to buy breakfast but was arrested because the clerk said the $10 bill he used was fake. Because of this arrested Emory spent 3yrs in jail for violating his parol but after the investigation into the fake bill was completed, it turned out the bill was real. Check out the full story here.
