A Florida man, Otis Ryan, decided it was a good idea to climb atop of a piece of equipment at a Clearwater Park filled with 4 to 6-year-olds and in very vulgar and graphic fashion, told them exactly where babies came from. Witnesses say before that he was harassing female tourists saying things that would cause their male companions to comfort them. he was arrested and fines $118. Read more on the story here
