Paul Pierce finally spoke on his firing from ESPN after he was let go for going live on his Instagram with strippers and smoking weed.
Pierce gave some words of encouragement to his fans and haters saying "bigger and better things are coming baby. If you fall twice you get up three times you know, just remember to smile"
