UPDATE (4/8/21) - Previous reports were that DMX had contracted COVID-19 while he's in the hospital after suffering a heart attack from a drug overdose. Those reports have since been debunked by an official source that contacted XXL who then tweeted it out.

According to DMX's manager, the legendary rapper has tested positive for COVID-19. Only certain family members, specifically his mother and fiancée, have been allowed in X's hospital room due in large part to the positive coronavirus test.
This development comes as DMX is still hospitalized since overdosing last Friday night.
