In a shocking incident, two TSA agents at Miami International Airport have been accused of stealing money from passengers. Video footage released by the state attorney's office shows the agents focusing on a specific bag and then one of them putting his hand in his pocket.
The pair allegedly took $600 from a passenger's wallet while the passenger was being screened. The incident has left travelers surprised and concerned about the security of their belongings. Former police major advises travelers to keep their belongings safe by not placing them out in the open. Instead, he suggests putting them in a bag and taking inventory after going through security.
TSA has stated that there is no tolerance for misconduct in the workplace and any employee who fails to meet their standards will be held accountable.
