XXXTentacion was Locked Up last week in what some people believe to be a conspiracy. However, he is being released from jail on house arrest after being locked up on 15 new felony charges last week.
The rapper is free today under a Florida court’s discretion, where he’ll be under “very restrictive house arrest conditions” for the next two months. However, his attorney David Bogenshutz say exceptions include visiting a local recording studio. He’s not allowed any contact with the victims or witnesses involved in the case.
Bogenshutz says his team will try to get X released on bond after the 60-day house arrest, while they prep for his case.
