R Kelly has found himself in Jail Once again and this may be the last time. A judge initially denied the singer bail but later granted him a 1 Million Dollar Bail. However, it appears that the singer may be sitting in jail until he can go for bail reduction because Robert Kelly does NOT have it. The star surrendered himself with no issues to 10 counts of Criminal Sexual Abuse. The "Surviving R Kelly" special DEFINITELY played a part in these new charges. Will he make bail eventually?
