Riotron, the canadian synth-pop artist, released a new record called βLife is What Weβre Livingβ that is getting picked up by all kinds of big media in the industry. Paul Oakenfold, the great super-producer, is the second act taking this momentous track to a new level. Paul Oakenfold said βI really enjoyed working on the remix for βLife Is What Weβre Livingβ with Riotron. I tried to take it in a more uplifting direction and I think everyone will be pleased with the final result. I know I amβ.
The record initially released was a Mahalo remix along with a music video in early May of 2022 - already garnering close to 10 Million views. Both remixes are radio hits and club bangers, a joint effort by The god of electronica himself and Riotron, whoβs sound selection is authentic, fresh and simply exquisite. Focusing a little less on the vocals, and a little more on a heavy base, the track is definitely a stomper for the dancefloor. Oakenfold plays with a lot more instruments than other remixes that were done on this track, and with almost 5 minutes ofΒ play time, it gives DJβs plenty of opportunities to expand, reinvent and hypnotise the crowd.
Since 2020, Riotron has been releasing tracks that have an instrument heavy core as he combines jazz, synth, electro and house into these massive melodies.Β Heβs already positioned himself as an easy-to-listen artist and is now spreading his wings to the wider industry. A simple core, powerful lyrics, this track can be paired with hundreds of different styles, as it is already. iHeartRadio gives a stamp of Superfan approval to this one.Β
