Dean the Dream Resurrects Rock Music With New Album & Music Video

Dean the Dream, the musical project of Detroit-born poet Brendan Alpiner, is back sharing what he does best. He has mandated himself with the complex mission of resurrecting rock music, adapting it with a fresh perspective, to move and connect with the new generation looking for guidance in our troubled world.

In that process, Dean The Dream breaks with the past while still using elements from it, carrying a deep extraction and fusion of different sub-genres such as 70’s-inspired psychedelia, hypnotic blues, grunge and classic rock 'n roll.

His songs address a wide array of topics, from sexuality to freedom, death, violence and disillusionment, all intertwined in a special alchemy with grooving, trance-inducing psychedelia.

Dean The Dream has worked with the producers-engineers of The Rolling Stones, Stevie Nicks, Adele, The Arctic Monkeys, and Lana Del Rey, to name a few.

His unique approach and style has been described as artistically satisfying yet unabashedly captivating, complex yet catchy, brutal yet beautiful, ultimately resulting in Dan sharing his own inner world, a transcending dichotomy that often gets very close to essential truths.

His previous releases include Pink Sun, a nine track album that came out in 2021, as well as the singles “Four Roses,” “Misery ‘N,” “Changes,” and many more.

Dean The Dream is also intensely involved in the gay community, and uses music as a medium to serve the visibility and reach of the dearest cause to his heart.
