From 'X Factor' to Broadway: Nick Voss Collaborates with Nathan Walters

A few weeks into 2023, and it's already an exciting year for music fans. There has been a wide array of new releases from some of the best and brightest artists in the industry, including The X Factor star Nick Voss. Nick has released his highly anticipated track, "Whatever You Want," ft. Nathan Walters.

This is Nick's first single of the year and showcases his sonic versatility as it explores themes of romance, escapism, and personal experiences. Nick's style is diverse, with sounds influenced by industry legends like Elvis Presley. Nick borrows different styles and combines them to create his own. This has enabled him to bring out his message perfectly, and Nathan's contribution made it so much better.

The music video was directed by Vincenzo Corvaglia and filmed at Palazzio Storico in Caserta, Italy. "Whatever You Want" is a romantic-pop-infused track and is available on all streaming platforms, including YouTube and Spotify. Nick has also featured his wife, Alessia Santo, in the music video.

Speaking more about the new single, Nick said it is a very special project to him, and working together with Nathan on the song was a great opportunity and one he believes will help them on their mission. "Music is an art that transcends all distances and is one of the perfect tools you can use to reach others. Through music, we want to show others that they are not alone and that they hold the power to change their lives. You just need to take that first step," says Nick. The song's music video is about creating your own world of freedom through love, expressing that the ability to do whatever you want is earned and should be enjoyed.

Nick has also released other top tracks, including "Wicked Games," "The Joker and the Queen," "Plastic Hearts," and "It'll Be Okay." Nick began his journey in the music industry several years back doing music covers. He rose to international fame when he appeared on the popular TV show The X Factor performing "Trouble" by Elvis Presley.

His impeccable sound and strong vocals helped him quickly earn his spot, with his performances attracting massive attention globally. After his success on the show, Nick embarked on a solo career as an artist and actor with forays in fashion and was later scouted by Broadway Producers.

Nick was offered an opportunity by the Broadway producers of the Tony-nominated sensation "MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET" to perform as child idol Elvis Presley on a Mediterranean cruise. This is where he meant Nathan and how "Whatever You Want" came to be.

Nick was looking for something he could do to pass the time when not on stage. He had limited wifi access and didn't have much to work with, so he turned to music. He discovered up-and-coming music producer and former member of the platinum boy band Plus One, Nathan Walters. Nick and Nathan have since collaborated on several songs alongside "Whatever You Want." Nick says one of his goals is to continue creating timeless and impactful tracks that are not only entertaining but speak to the listener.
