J.Anthny’s Trilogy Project Is The End of an Era In Music

After the success of his widely acclaimed Lost Files Vol. 1 project, J.Anthny knew it was time to make something special for the ladies. After accumulating songs he no longer had session files to, the idea of Lost Files Vol. 2 came to fruition after J.Anthny’s manager, DJ KCity, suggested he drop a new project on Valentine’s Day. According to the Hip-Hop star, “The project was already dedicated to women and we all know that Valentine’s Day is their day.” While many may be used to hearing J.Anthny’s street vibe and hustling experiences, his follow-up project is what you can call “baby making music.”

Known for his consistency and unique sound, J.Anthny admits that there is a big difference in production for both tapes. While Vol. 1 flows with passion and lyrical endurance, Vol. 2 was curated to be cohesive and a love letter to his female fans. Though J.Anthny likes every song that he puts out, he admits that there are three tracks, on Vol. 2 in particular, that he can’t stop listening to. “Ex-Games”, “Paradise” and “Make Me Love You” feat CJ Ma2c feel right to me, no matter when I listen to them I can never skip these songs.”

As fans await the final installment of the trilogy, Lost Files Vol. 3, the L.A. native says the project will be similar to previous volumes. Already gearing up for the release, J.Anthny announces that “Lil Bit” featuring StoneyTheDealer produced by Picclo, will be the single for his anticipated tape. As this musical chapter ends, audiences can expect a new project every month, as every move after will represent a new era.
