Emerging artists to hear before they hit it big

Sebastian Mikael: iHeartRadio On The Verge Artist

Sebastian Mikael wasn’t looking for success when his “Beautiful Life” went viral in 2012. It just kind of happened. After deciding to take a step back and refocus, Mikael is now fully in control.

“Now, I don’t have fear. I don’t second--guess myself. I’ve made sure that this time around, the music is all the way me.”

A joining of forces - Slip-N-Slide Records and Atlantic Records, has proven to be the perfect fit for Mikael and you can hear it in his latest releases.

“It’s raw. It’s who I am. I want people to be inspired. The music that I have now should have been my first introduction.”

Created in his room, and produced by Frankie Leroux, Mikael describes his latest project, I C U U C ME PT I & I C U U C ME PT II, as “emotional,” touching upon his struggle, including the loss of his best friend and every high and low in between. The world can only continue to expect the same raw approach to music from Mikael as he prepares for new music led by the most recent release “Exit.”
