Advanced Fresh Concepts (AFC) recalled this voluntarily after randomly testing their products.
This recall affects branded packages "Edamame -- Soubeans in Pods," with the dates 01/03/2017 and 03/17/20179. The UPC code is 0-23012-00261-9.
Illinois and Indiana are two of the 33 states the edamame was sold in.
Lysteria can cause symptoms like muscle aches, fever, diarrhea and more.
