It's official! The sequel to Daddy's Home - Daddy's Home 2, starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg will start filming in Framingham. The expected start date is March 29th (weather permitting).
This morning I snapped a few photos of the crew trailers setting up in Nobscot Plaza. Filming this week is scheduled to take place near the aqueduct in Nobscot and Potter Road. So every morning on my way to work, and every evening on my way home, I'll have a chance to spend some "quality time" stalking the set and cast - LOL, just kidding.
More filming is expected to take place in Framingham at two schools during April vacation.
The sequel, according to IMDB, also stars Linda Cardellini, Mel Gibson, John Cena, and John Lithgow.
