Americans can treat themselves to the following offers on Monday (April 15), the official deadline for individual income tax returns to be submitted to the federal government. The full list of offerings is included below per the New York Post:

Anthony's Coal-Fired Pizza- Offering 15% off entire purchase on April 15.
Arby's- Free Sandwich Month for rewards members every week in April.
BJ's Restaurants- Offering $10 off $40 take-out or delivery orders with promo code 10OFF40.
BurgerFi- Offering 15% off entire purchase for dine-in orders on April 15.
California Pizza Kitchen- Offering $10 off $40 orders on April 15 on dine-in or take-out orders through CPK Rewards program.
Fazoli's- Six free breadsticks with $5 purchase on April 15 at participating locations with code Tax24.
Great American Cookies- Offering buy one, get one at participating locations nationwide.
Grubhub- First 1,000 customers to redeem Tax Day deal will get $15 off delivery orders exceeding $25 with promo code TAXBREAK on April 15.
Hooters- 10 free additional wings with purchase of 10 wings; $4 Dos Equis draft beers and $4 Legendary Margaritas on April 15; and free dessert up to $6.99 in value for HootClub Rewards loyalty members on April 15 only.
Krispy Kreme- Offering a second Original Glazed dozen for the price of sales tax in customer's state with purchase of an Original Glazed or assorted dozen in shop on April 15, according to its website.
Panda Express- Offering $30 family meal deal including two large sides and three large entrees for online orders through April 21.
Paris Baguette- Offering free pastry with purchase of any beverage at participating locations for rewards members on April 15.
Pokeworks- Offering a free scoop of avocado on any regular or large poke bowl on April 15.
Round Table Pizza- Offering 15% off any order of $40 or more at participating locations on April 15.
Smoothie King- Offering 20z Angel Food Smoothie, the chain's most popular beverage, for $4.15, to Smoothie King Healthy Rewards members on April 15.
Sonny's BBQ- Offering 50%off St. Louis rib dinners on April 15.
STK Steakhouse- Offering $10.40 specialty cocktails at bar or patio all day at select locations, which excludes STK Boston and STK Salt Lake City, while STK Las Vegas will only offer the deal during happy hour.
TGI Fridays- Introducing new drink called The Tax Break available for $7 through April 30, which features 1800 Silver Tequila mixed with citrus, agave, strawberry and passionfruit. The chain will also introduce a new $5 Happy Hour at select locations on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. until closing time.
White Castle- Offering 15% off orders made online with promo code WC15OFF on April 15.
