J Cole was VERY quiet prior to last week when he dropped his "KOD" album. Even prior to that week he made few public appearances as well as music releases. His return made an impact upon its release as be broke records with his latest release.
Jermaine topped Drake with his latest album KOD. In the first day of the album’s release, Cole World set an Apple Music record with 64.5 million streams in the first day. This bested VIEWS by a Million when it was released.
Cole did 36.7 million streams in 24 hours on Spotify, which is also a new record!!!!
As of now, Cole has nine out of ten songs in the Apple Music songs chart Top 10, with only Drake’s “Nice For What” holding out a spot that isn’t by Jermaine.
Expect his album to go No. 1 in the Billboard Hot 200 this next week.
